About Friends of Baseball
"Friends of Baseball" are a group of men and women that love the game of baseball, we are committed to helping baseball thrive here in Weld County and the surrounding area. We are a small group of 20 - 25 members that once a year organize a Breakfast of Champions event that helps raise money through donations and auction items. We attract people by bringing in baseball legends and players to speak at the breakfast. We raise the funds which are then distributed to various programs and institutions around the Weld County area.

Mission Statement
"Friends of Baseball" is a non-profit organization dedicated to contributing to the opportunity for participation in the game of Baseball…within the City of Greeley & Surrounding Area. Funds are raised from the annual Breakfast of Champions event. Those funds are to update and enhance existing baseball programs from youth all the way to college. We distribute funds to make capital improvements, provide ongoing operational support, and help build additional baseball facilities if warranted.

Friends of Baseball was founded in 1988 by a small group of men that loved the game of baseball and now is over 25 members strong along with several sponsors in the surrounding area.
